For a green, environmentally safe option, choose our AS-WB Water-Based Anti-Spatter, a methylene chloride free product. Eliminates OSHA requirements for methylene exposure monitoring.

For robotic welding applications, our Surfactant-Based AS-ROB Robotic Anti-Spatter can be used for both manual and automatic welding stations. Our ready-to-use AS-ROB can be frozen and thawed without product damage or separation.

Free from filler waxes and other low-grade materials, WCI SNTD products are odorless and safe to the touch. The thin film formed on heated surfaces provides extended parts protection and increased product output, making WCI Superior Nozzle Tip Dip an inexpensive cost savings addition to your welding process.

For all applications except aluminum, use SWW-LP pads. For aluminum applications, use WCI Superior Welding Wire Non-Treated pads SWW-NT.

Easy, surface preparation pre-cleaning of dirty parts, and post-inspection clean-up, is economically achieved with our Class 2 WCI Cleaner and Remover (CAR-A). Eliminates oily residues, dissolves grease, and other surface contaminants that can interfere with the inspection process. Effectively removes penetrants and developers after the inspection process is complete reducing clean-up time and costs.

WCI 3 step Liquid Penetrant Inspection Kit (LPI-K-8) provides effective fault detection in welds, castings, and alloys. Our exclusive eight can field test kit includes rugged eco-friendly carrying case, two penetrants, two developers, and four cleaners. It also includes an instruction booklet, cleaning cloth, hand wipe, and marking pen for quick field inspection without the need for additional equipment.

Meeting military, ASTM and ASME specifications and standards, these products do not contain halogen or chloride compounds, and the non-corrosive nature of the formulas allow for use on all types of surfaces, including aluminum, steel, copper, and brass. This biodegradable surfactant-based product is not a soap (a material not generally approved for oxygen systems due to its mineral oil, vegetable, animal oil, or fats content).
